What does peace look like in your life?

There may be a common perception of what peace might look like on a grand scale — the absence of war, the bridging of divisions, the redressing of past wrongs.

What does peace look like in your family, in your congregation, at your workplace?

In my life, peace is a movement towards balance. It is a living and breathing condition. Because it is perfectly balanced it feels still, even though God constantly draws my attention to a new cause, a different relationship, a fresh challenge. "Peace in Christ" can't be understood, but it certainly can be experienced. When I am in Christ's peace, I know that I love and serve others in a way that invites them into peace in their own lives.

In my family peace is my newborn daughter Grace.
