What's a spiritual practice that keeps you grounded?

How do you stay in touch with God? Do you have a daily (or regular) spiritual practice that connects you with the bigger picture?

Is it a social or individual activity? Do you have a certain time of the day/week that works best?

The two most useful daily helps for me have been the online daily Taize podcast and the Jesuit media initiative called Pray as You Go. I also sometimes visit the Rosary pray alongs on the EWTN website. Other than that, I have recently found daily walks help along with drawing labyrinth patterns. Please visit my facebook page and view my sacred art and handmade rosaries. Michele Gruber McDevitt
