I have felt God calling me to become a pathologist or an epidemiologist (not sure yet) to research the most cost-effective ways to analyze biopsies or prevent diseases in developing countries. He has called me entender (to learn) Spanish well because I have felt the need to bring comfort to the people of Honduras and Nicaragua.
The one thing I want to be sure to do, after I have completed my MD in the US along with studying abroad, is to earn my PhD, while making my brothers' and sisters' lives better at the same time.
