Maybe, like Anna-Kari Johnson, you met Jesus on a street corner in California. Or maybe you’ve seen Jesus in Second Life.
Wherever you encountered Jesus, what was the experience like? How did you know?

Lately I've been meeting Jesus in the more usual places like church and in visitation. I was particularly impressed with the tangible presence of God while praying and sharing the Eucharist with a hospice patient. Jesus was there with us in in such a way that I felt like he was standing next to me. Of course he was present in the bread and wine just as he promised.
It wasn't until later however, that I found out Jesus' presence was obvious to others as well. The hospice social worker told me she could see the patient visibly relax as we prayed. I wrote about it a bit at http://claimedgatheredandsent.blogspot.com/2011/03/such-shady-character.html.
