Do you keep a journal?

Do you take the time — be it daily, weekly or when the spirit moves — to record your thoughts?

What benefits have you enjoyed from the process?

If you’ve been doing it for a long time, do you think the journal has affected the direction of your life?

I have been journaling my morning meditations for three years and recently decided to put them on a blog. I miss the pen to paper feeling and am going to start journaling the books I am reading. Journaling is great for the soul.

I think journaling would be helpful for me, but I'd struggle to bring my thoughts together and put them on "paper". (My hands hurt too much to use the classic pen and paper.)I envy people who can - like you, Linda G.!
