My vocation (or calling in life): retired clergy.

My congregation: Grace Lutheran Church, St. Charles, Ill.

My favorite hymn: “Children of the Heavenly Father.”

My favorite liturgical season: Advent.

My favorite potluck dish: meatballs and gravy.

My favorite movie: “Oklahoma!”

My favorite junk food: cheeseburger.

I like my coffee: black.

The TV show I never miss: Chicago Bears football.

I was most frustrated with my congregation when: people left over disagreements.

My favorite volunteer project: cleaning the church grounds.

The ministry I’m most passionate about: youth work.

I feel most Lutheran when: I am singing Lutheran hymns.

What “living Lutheran” means to me: a Lutheran growing in his/her faith.

I’m doing God’s work with my hands when: I am shaking hands.

What's this about a TV show you never miss? I am thinking -- "Purple Power" GO Vikings! Minnesotans always believe.. Although Go offense has been fun for me in certain football games.
