My vocation (or calling in life): feeding people — actually and spiritually.

My congregation: St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church, Troy, N.Y.

My favorite Bible verse: 1 Corinthians 13:13, “And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.”

My favorite person in the Bible: Jesus!

My favorite Christmas carol: “Angels We Have Heard on High.”

I like my coffee: with milk and fairly traded!

I prefer to sit here during worship: in the choir.

My perfect day: reading a book on the beach.

Someone who inspires me: Hillary Clinton.

Lutherans are great at: living life boldly.

I was most proud of my congregation when: we were highest per capita givers to ELCA World Hunger in the synod.

My favorite volunteer project: being on the board of a homeless shelter for women and children.

The ministry I’m most passionate about: world hunger.

I feel most Lutheran when: I worship.

What “living Lutheran” means to me: loving God with all my heart and my neighbor as myself.
