If I may pick two, "Savior, When in Dust to You" and "O Sacred Head, Now Wounded." We are constantly tempted to forget Our Lord's Passion and the depth of the agony he endured for us. These hymns remind of us Jesus' profound sacrifice for OUR sins. They make a nice a nice counter-balance to the sappy images of Christ so often presented to us (like "Buddy Christ" in the movie "Dogma.")
