In what small ways do you welcome others?

A good store has employees that smile and look you in the eye. It’s a small thing that says you are welcome and valued. In our personal lives such small actions also can signal “welcome” or “keep your distance.” Are you aware of the messages you send, and do you work to send the right ones? What messages do visitors to your congregation receive?
