St John's Lutheran Church member, Michelle Bolton King, tells of a memorable moment that happened at the After School Arts Program (ASAP). ASAP is a program developed by the Des Moines, Iowa, church to serve children in the area who do not have access to arts education in the schools due to funding cuts.
